Excellent abrasion resistance , suitable for drive rolls, diverter, secondary, return, tanks, troughs, loadout, and so on.
• Dimensions: Minimum thickness from 1.5 mm.
• Maximum width 1,500 mm for thickness above 20 mm.
• Finishing textured on both sides.
• Hardness: 40 to 80 shore A.
Compound RF AA -HD : Very high abrasion resistance, wear maximum 50 mm DIN 4649. Suitable for coating drive rolls pulleys, diversion, secondary, return, ponds, troughs, loadout chute and where operating conditions are extremely severe.
We have compounds of RF 1793 and RF AA -HD with a diamond slot type, minimum thickness of 8 mm and maximum width of 2,700 mm.
